For my friend, Dylan, here is his custom, Dr. Stein head screw from the anime, Soul Eater. He needed a comfortable and durable head screw to replace his homemade one that broke. I was able to turn this project around within two days to get it to him!

The design itself differs from other designs available online in that it is completely printable using PLA. The headband is designed simply so that the bottoms can be trimmed to the correct sizing. They are then glued into their corresponding pieces for a perfect fit! The screw sits straight and comfortably on the head when properly fitted and can be further secured with simple bobby pins for a strong hold.
